XSEED Games Commands a Multi-Platform Release Date, DLC Information for Upcoming Sequel
Torrance, Calif. — February 19, 2019 — XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., today announced that Fate/EXTELLA LINK, the much-anticipated action game and sequel to Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star, will launch in North America on thePlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, PlayStation®Vita handheld entertainment system, Nintendo Switch™ and globally on Windows PC via Steam on March 19, 2019. The game will be available at select retailers in North America on PS4™ system and Nintendo Switch via the limited “Fleeting Glory Edition” for a MSRP of $79.99, and an exclusive Digital Deluxe Edition will be available on PS4™ system and Steam for $59.99. The base version of the title will also be available at retail for PS4™ system and Nintendo Switch, and digitally on PS4™system, Nintendo Switch and PC for $49.99. The “PS Vita” system version of the title will be exclusively available digitally for $49.99 for the Digital Deluxe Edition and $39.99 for the base game. The Digital Deluxe Edition and the base game are available for pre-order today at PlayStation®Store and Steam. Fans can also pre-purchase the base game from the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch starting today.
Fate/EXTELLA LINK introduces 10 new Servants to the original roster of 16, and players can customize their favorite with a number of costumes, and command them in new 4-on-4 multiplayer online battles (excluding “PS Vita” system version, which does not have an online mode). In addition to the online battles, players can also experience local multiplayer mode on Nintendo Switch. To help choose which edition of the game will include their preferred bundled DLC and additional contents, XSEED Games has created a helpful grid detailing which special item is available in each version.

Picking up right where the 2017 smash hit Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star left off, Fate/EXTELLA LINK adds 10 Servants to the original roster of 16. The high-speed action gameplay fans have come to know and love has been even further refined as players are tasked with battling their way through massive armies to protect the virtual world of SE.RA.PH at all costs. As in the PS4™ system version, players on Nintendo Switch and Steam will be able to engage in grand-scale 4-on-4 online battles. Foes will quiver at the True Name of each opposing player’s Noble Phantasm as they assume the roles of their favorite Servants.
The premium retail “Fleeting Glory Edition” on Nintendo Switch and PS4™ system include the following content: a soundtrack CD, a pack of 10 collectible 3” by 5” cards depicting each of the new Servants, a 17” by 24” cloth poster, a 3” by 4.5” acrylic diorama featuring the Servants Nero, Drake, and Scáthach, and a DLC code for exclusive costumes for Scáthach and Nameless, all housed in a custom box. The Digital Deluxe Edition on PS4™ system and Steam come with a digital soundtrack and the same exclusive costumes for Scáthach and Nameless as the physical Fleeting Glory Edition.
