XSEED Games Announces 500,000 Global Sales for Rune Factory 5

XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., announced today that Rune Factory 5, the latest entry in the RPG/Farming sim franchise, has sold over 500,000 copies worldwide on the Nintendo Switch™ system. The announcement comes less than two months out from the title’s launch in North America and Europe on Mar. 22 and 25, 2022, respectively, and less than a year from its initial launch in Japan on May 20, 2021.

Return to the fantasy world of Rune Factory for a grand adventure while living whatever life you please! Mysterious events are unfolding in the sleepy border town of Rigbarth, affecting the runes that govern the balance between humanity and nature.
