XSEED Games to Release the Sequel in the Adored JRPG Series to the Current Console Generation
Torrance, Calif. – May 2, 2019 – XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., today announced that the upgraded version of the Nihon Falcom-developed RPG, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold SteelII, will launch on the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system on June 4 in North America. The physical day one “Relentless Edition” of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II is available now for pre-order through the XSEED Games Store and at select retailers for a MSRP of $49.99, while the digital version will be available for purchase for $39.99 via the PlayStation™ Store.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II Relentless Edition includes:

Players will be able to pick up where the story left off, with the option to transfer save data from the PS4™ system, PlayStation®3 system or “PS Vita” system release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel to The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II. Doing so will grant bonuses to those who accomplished various goals in the first title, allowing players to see the results of some of their earlier choices and accomplishments while playing the sequel. The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II gives players the chance to continue an upgraded version of this brilliant JRPG adventure on the PS4™ system. This new console version contains updated features not found in previous console versions of the game including dual voiceovers options for either English or Japanese audio and additional recorded English dialog scenes. Other new features have been designed for returning players will include the popular turbo mode option previously released in the PC versions of the series and in the recent PS4™ system release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel.
