Since 2013, Tokyo, Japan-based Marvelous Inc. has worked through its North American arm, Marvelous USA, Inc., to publish PC and console titles from its internal development studios in the Americas. This holistic approach has helped strengthen Marvelous’s global footprint for its growing catalog of fan-favorite brands, including renowned series like STORY OF SEASONS and Rune Factory. From its offices in Torrance, California, Marvelous USA also provides operations and marketing support for the organization’s growing arcade business unit in the West, continuing to cross pollinate the avid gaming cultures of Japan and North America.

The XSEED Games Story
XSEED Games is the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, remaining dedicated to discovering and publishing third-party gems from around the world. Formed in November 2004 by a small group of industry veterans keen to publish games with an “indie spirit, player-first” approach, it has launched breakout indie hits like Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin and Potionomics, as well as global brands like Corpse Party and Trails in the Sky. Today, XSEED Games remains committed to its original mission: publishing products that appeal to and enrich the American market.
