Changes (Ver. 1.2.3)
- The Museum now accepts higher quality items, including fish.
- The red Gramophone is now always available for purchase at The Broken Lamp.
- Bought accessories and other customizations are now stored in the player’s inventory and can be gifted and sold.
- Hair can now be changed at the mirror instead of by consuming an Alter Ego Elixir.
- Cooking can now be done in bulk, similar to crafting.
- Cooking and crafting can now be canceled.
- The amount of nights between some mainline quests have been reduced.
- Plum and Willow trees now drop Dark Wood. Weeping Willow trees now drop Light Wood.
- Forageables, including flowers, will now spawn even if low priority foliage is in the way.
- Increased the respawn rate of foliage in non-plot areas, including trees.
- Sugarbones now grow to full length everywhere and are only harvestable when fully grown.
- Tier 2 spells can now be performed without the Witch’s Wand.
- Antique Furniture decorations now have purple variants.
- The HUD UI now displays the current day of the week.
- The calendar as well as the end of night sequence now shows when it’s a full moon.
- Added a separate accessibility tab in settings.
- Added an accessibility option to increase the text size.
- Added an accessibility option to reduce or turn off screen flash effects, including lightning flashes.
- Improved the Quick Transfer tooltip to communicate the required input better.
- The House Storage now shows more items per row.
- Active quest items now display an icon and sort to the top of the list in the House Storage UI.
- The Museum, Player House, and Henderson House now have a different map visual until they are repaired.
- The log blocking the waterfall now shows on the map until it is removed.
- Crops in the Almanac now show their Energy, Mana, and Mana Extract values.
- Recipes in Kegs, Jam Makers, Mills, etc now show the energy and mana their products give when they are consumed.
- During Nokturna deck building, cards now stay bright unless each owned copy is used in the deck.
- While inspecting the board after a Nokturna match, the last round’s points are now still visible.
- The Firefly Pollinator now shows a range indicator during decoration and while interacting with it.
- The Firefly Pollinator now shows information about what it does while interacting with it.
- The Firefly Pollinator’s quality influence is now based on the amount of days it pollinates a crop and the amount of days it takes for the crop to fully grow.
- An animal now complains about other animals in the same barn once every 7 nights.
- Animal complaints about missing food or too much compost now have priority over complaints about other animals.
- Items found from Lost Item job board quests are now not droppable and can be sold to Chester.
- Mining bronze, iron, and gold ores now also drops stone.
- Shaking trees now costs zero energy.
- Firefly Pollinators now consume 1 Firedrop per night.
- Firefly Pollinator range has been decreased from 9 to 8.
- Reduced the price of items that take long passive times to produce, like wine.
- Rebalanced the amount of Firedrops produced by Firefly Sanctuaries.
- Rebalanced the amount of Honey produced by Bee Houses.
- Rebalanced the spawn rates of animal produce and adjusted their sell prices accordingly.

- The default stack size of items in the inventory is now 100. Pathways now have a stack size of 1000.

Major Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where upgraded tools could be sold to Chester. Sold tools are restored in their bronze tier.
- Fixed an issue where players would automatically walk away from the Crypt entrance instead of entering it, causing a soft lock.
- Fixed an issue where going on dates caused the areas visited during those dates to not trigger any story progression cutscenes during that night.
- Fixed an issue where losing the Mastersoup event caused a soft lock during all following Mastersoup events.
- Fixed an issue where walking out of a building made the player walk slowly and unable to open any menu.
- Fixed an issue where entering a Nook in Bat Form while jumping up or down a cliff caused a soft-lock.
- Fixed an issue where waiting too long during dialogue in the dream cutscene with Moon Goddess caused a soft lock.
- Fixed an issue where Jada teleports through Persephone during the Memories of Pookie cutscene, causing a soft lock.
- Fixed an issue where an objective in the Mermaid’s Wish quest did not start if one of the special shells was in house storage while obtaining the other one. This fix repairs save files that were stuck by this issue by ending the night once.
- Fixed an issue where the player got stuck when trying to follow an NPC through the Bookcase Door in The Broken Lamp, causing a soft lock.
- Fixed an issue where some house customizations did not apply after purchasing them.
- Fixed an issue where interacting with an NPC pushed the player inside set dressing, causing a soft lock.
- Fixed an issue where the player got stuck in the critter room of the Museum.
- Fixed an issue where canceling a spell on the frame that it succeeds caused a soft lock.
- Fixed an issue where the player got stuck inside set dressing in Luna Bay.
- Fixed an issue where interacting with specific flowers or trees in The Pink Grove caused a soft lock.
- Fixed a soft lock when Steam service fails to initialize, now showing a prompt.
- Fixed an issue where one or more Mana Extractors with a long process queue caused low performance.
- Fixed an issue where staying at the afterparty of the Museum Opening could skip the player’s wedding, causing a relationship lock.
Minor Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where accepting Ridge’s invitation to bite him caused him to ask again the next night.
- Fixed some German localization issues.

- Fixed an issue where decorations near stairs and bridges could not be picked up.

- Fixed animals in Luna’s shop becoming permanently unavailable after a heart event with Pumpkin Head.

The 1.1.41 update will be released on Steam first. Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and Google Play Games updates will roll out soon after. We’re still investigating some of the other known issues. We’ll be providing more details on when those fixes come as soon as we’re able, but we appreciate your patience as we continue improving life in Moonlight Peaks.
Improvements and Fixes (Ver. 1.1.41):
- Improved loading times for all scenes.
- House Storage is now available from the entire plot, including barns and greenhouses.
- Items can now be transferred from and to House Storage using Quick Transfer.
- Embroidery now unlocks sooner.
- This allows NPCs that go on Embroidery dates to be asked on a date sooner.
- Tree seeds now show the seasons their produce grows, instead of the seasons the tree itself grows.
- Added more Vampire Sketches from Brook.
- Fixed the Net using energy on missed swings.
- Fixed getting stuck in the Loveage Gift Exchange dialogue.
- Fixed getting stuck after gifting Seaweed to anyone.
- Fixed issue where beehives on plot caused performance issues when inside a building.
- Fixed issue where Kim’s first Heart Event could cause time to pause until restarting.
- Fixed issue where save files went missing. Those missing save files are restored.
- This fix does not apply to save files becoming corrupt by closing the game while saving.
- Fixed issue where some crops and trees did not grow to maturity.
