This August marks the 30th anniversary of the STORY OF SEASONS franchise* and the 20th anniversary of the Rune Factory series. While we’ve already shared some fun things (*cough Fanworks Contest cough*) and have even more plans for the coming year to celebrate both titles, we also know how much these series mean to all of you. To that end, as part of a special commemorative video project, we want to hear from you about what makes STORY OF SEASONS and Rune Factory so special!
We’re hosting an open submission for all our fans to share their favorite memories, moments, characters, collections, and more, as part of our anniversary celebration.

There are endless ways to express your fandom, and we want to hear all about it and see it with our own eyes.
Importantly, this is not a competition. This is merely a way for fans to gather, express their fandom, and celebrate these milestone anniversaries through a commemorative video. Plus, you know, the development teams for both franchises will get to see just how much their work has meant to everyone around the world.
We’ve set up two submission forms – one each for STORY OF SEASONS and Rune Factory – for you to send us short videos, photos, voice notes, etc. about why these games are so important to you. We plan to then take those submissions and compile them into a video we’ll be sharing on our channels at a later date.
We’ll be accepting submissions from July 27, 2026 through August 12, 2026 at 6PM PT. You can submit to one or both; it’s entirely up to you. Just know that we’ll only accept submissions provided through these forms. Additional details are available on the individual forms.
